Welcome to Round 2 Skin. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.round2skin.com), your booking of services, and your purchase of products from Round 2 Skin (“Round 2 Skin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

Round 2 Skin is a laser-led aesthetic medicine practice located in Kakaʻako, Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. We provide non-surgical aesthetic treatments and sell professional skincare products. Services are provided by appointment only and are subject to a consultation and suitability assessment.

2. Medical Disclaimer & No Guarantee of Results

Our treatments are cosmetic and elective in nature. Individual results vary from person to person and depend on factors including skin type, the condition being treated, your adherence to aftercare, and your individual biology.

We do not and cannot guarantee any specific result. Any before-and-after images, testimonials, or descriptions of outcomes shown on our website or in our materials are illustrative only and are not a promise of the results you will personally achieve. Information on our website is for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for a professional medical consultation.

3. Eligibility & Consultation

You must be at least 18 years of age to book and receive treatment. A consultation and health screening are required before treatment, and a treatment may be declined or modified if our provider determines it is not appropriate for you. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information, including medications, allergies, medical conditions, and prior procedures. Withholding or misrepresenting this information may affect your safety and your results, and may release us from liability for resulting harm.

4. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments may be requested through our website or by contacting our office. A booking is confirmed only once you receive confirmation from us. We may require a consultation before certain treatments can be scheduled. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointments at our discretion, including for clinical or safety reasons.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Because appointment time is reserved exclusively for you:

• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

• Failure to attend without notice (“no-show”) may be subject to a fee and may require prepayment to book future appointments.

• Arriving significantly late may require us to shorten or reschedule your treatment.

Specific fee amounts will be disclosed to you at the time of booking.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices shown as “from” indicate a starting price; your final price depends on the treatment area, the number of sessions, and your individual plan as determined at consultation. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing accurate but reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

7. Packages & Series

Some treatments are offered as multi-session packages or series at a discounted rate. Unless stated otherwise:

• Packages are paid in full at purchase and are non-transferable.

• Sessions within a package are intended to be used by a single individual.

• Packages may carry an expiration date, which will be disclosed at purchase.

• Pricing for a package reflects the full series; partial use is valued at single-session pricing (see Refunds below).

8. Refunds

Because our services are performed personally and cannot be returned once rendered:

• Completed services are non-refundable.

• Packages and prepaid series are non-refundable once purchased. If you choose to discontinue a package, any sessions already used will be charged at the standard single-session rate, and any remaining balance, where we elect to provide one, will be issued as account credit rather than a cash refund, except where required by law.

• Deposits toward treatment are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment within the notice window in Section 5.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable Hawaiʻi consumer-protection law.

9. Retail Products

Products purchased from us (in-office or online) are subject to the following: for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded. Unopened products in original, sealed condition may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded.

10. Photographs & Consent

Clinical photography is a standard part of aesthetic treatment and may be taken to document your progress. We will not use your images for marketing, social media, our website, or any public purpose without your separate, specific, written consent, which you may withdraw at any time as to future use. Documentation photographs taken for your medical record are kept confidential in accordance with our privacy practices.

11. Health Information & Privacy

To provide treatment, we collect health and personal information through intake and consent forms. We handle this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including, where it applies, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Please review our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected. Do not submit sensitive health information through unsecured channels such as standard email.

12. Your Responsibilities

To support your safety and results, you agree to: provide accurate health information; follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions; disclose any change in your health, medications, or pregnancy status; and contact us promptly with any concerns following a treatment. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect your results and your safety.

13. Gift Cards

Gift cards, if offered, are redeemable for services and products, are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law, and are subject to any expiration and terms stated at purchase.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, branding, and design, is the property of Round 2 Skin or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our written permission.

15. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those sites, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Round 2 Skin and its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website. This section does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for professional negligence, which is addressed by our applicable professional and insurance standards rather than by these website Terms.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Round 2 Skin harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website, to the extent permitted by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
